Roasted Chana is a flavorful snack with the accentuated nuttiness and crunchiness of the chickpeas at its peak!

Ingredients

    1 19oz Kabuli Chana

    1 tbsp olive oil
  • Image
    Sea salt to taste
Method

    Rinse and drain the chickpeas and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel. In a small bowl, toss chickpea with olive oil, salt and the spices as per your choice.

    Pour the chickpeas onto a baking sheet.

    Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.

    Toss chickpeas in between and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until they are crispy thoroughly.

    Allow chickpeas to cool completely and you can store them in an airtight container for a week as a daily snack to binge on!
