Ingredients

    Moth beans-100 gm(soaked) (soak it in normal water for 8-10 hours or overnight)

    Onion(chopped)-1(medium)

    Coriander leaves-1/3 cup

    Cooking oil-2 tbsp

    Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Image
    Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
  • Image
    Red chili powder -1/2 tsp

    Coriander powder-1/3 tsp
  • Image
    Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
  • Image
    Salt to taste or 1 tsp

    Garam masala powder-1/4 tsp

Method

    Turn on the flame, heat a pan, add oil and let it heat properly

    Add cumin seeds and fry it for few seconds

    Add onions, fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame and stir it

    Reduce the flame to low, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix them well
